Fitter / Mechanical Assembler – Full Time Whitlands, North-East Victoria
Whitlands Engineering (also known as Superaxe) is a locally based manufacturer of world-class firewood processing machinery, and we’re growing! We’re looking for a hands-on Fitter / Mechanical Assembler to join our friendly and supportive workshop team in Whitlands.
What you’ll be doing:
Assembling and fitting firewood processing machinery
Pre-assembly and fit-up work
General workshop tasks that support efficient production
What we’re offering:
Full-time, stable work
Family-friendly hours:
Mon–Fri: 7:00am–3:30pm
Above-award pay, based on your experience
All tools, equipment and PPE supplied
On-the-job training provided
About you:
Mechanical and/or hydraulic knowledge preferred but not essential
Trade qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential
A team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic
